Ad Review: Is it just me, or is this ad truly hilarious. Can you imagine guys going to the 7/11 on a hot day asking for the ice-cream sandwich made with "man nuts"!!! I would actually pay to see that. Seriously I would. How about the guy that makes the purchase and then sees this billboard...while devouring the sandwich #awkward!
Just so we're on the same page of revelation, some Creative Director out there has found that "man nuts" can be used to sell ice-cream sandwiches. I think, whoever made the ad either has an obsession with man's nuts, or this is an in inside joke that got taken too seriously or, (and this I think is most likely,) man nuts = strength = a great ice-cream treat for real men?
Other than the weird catch phrase, I guess I do like the super hero figure, he reminds me of one of the fellas in Tropic Thunder. Anyway, I'm sure this ad is appealing to the public that want an ice-cream sandwich made better by some man nuts! really... :~/
